Model Converter Inspection Reporters

Utilities for serialising the per-SceneModel inspection results attached to ModelConverterResult.inspection into a JSON-ready report.

ModelConverterInspectionReport: JSON-ready inspection report, one entry per SceneModel.
createInspectionReport: Reporter function that produces it (returns null when no inspect block ran).
